We provide premium heavy duty 600D oxford polyester with anti UV coating. NOT 500D PVC or standard polyester like so many of our competitors use.
Our Standard: Superior Frames & Structure
We can supply an economy tent frame which offers an affordable, short term use product however in the interest of our clients, and the quality product that we endeavor to provide we offer the 45mm hexagonal heavy duty, commercial quality frame as standard. Manufactured from hexagonal aluminum section. These are designed to stand up to rugged daily use in any commercial or trade show environment. By stocking only superior level frames we are also able to provide a complete range of replacement parts in case your custom mini event tent becomes damaged.
Tent Binding
For all our custom tents, we offer 6 standard colours of binding at no extra cost - this binding covers the corner stitches of your tent canopy to give it an even more professional appearance. The current available colours are: Black, White, Red, Blue, Green, Yellow.

Our promotional tents have 4 standard height settings, each measurement below is from ground level upwards.
Low: Peak Height - 122" (3.1m), Valance Clearance - 74" (1.88m)
Medium: Peak Height - 126" (3.2m), Valance Clearance - 78" (1.98m)
High: Peak Height - 129" (3.28m), Valance Clearance - 81" (2.06m)

Framework is made with anodized aluminum which provides endurance and strength while enabling easy and lightweight transportation. Also provided is non-breakable high quality nylon plastic accessories and joints with heavy duty reinforced ribs. Printed Banner Flags
Get more exposure! Add matching flags to enhance the look of your tent display or appeal of your trade show booth. Choose from our feather flags or teardrop flags in a range of sizes, with mounting brackets specifically suited for use with our premium hexagonal tent frames.
These convenient brackets mean you don’t need to use cross bases or ground stakes to display flags, which would normally take up limited space allocated to your event area. Not only that, but hoisting your flags high means your booth is visible from further away to attract even more attention!
Custom Table Covers
Choose from throw, fitted, or stretch style table cloths – all available with stunning full colour print to match your new custom tent!
We carry standard 4ft, 6ft, and 8ft covers designed to suit most trade show tables, but it’s always a good idea to provide the measurements (L x W x H) of your table before ordering, so our team can advise you better. Since our table covers are printed and stitched locally, we also offer bespoke sizes – which can be custom created upon request.
Printed Walls (Full or Half)
Why not add a stunning full colour printed wall (or walls!) to match your tent? These custom walls can be printed single or double-sided to enhance the overall appeal of your event display area. In addition to attaching easily and securely to your tent frame, the wall configuration can be adjusted as needed, to create a unique look or experience in your trade show booth.
Tent Leg Weights
When you need a little more than just the standard ropes and pegs to secure your tent, one of these options is sure to be the perfect pairing! Our 10kg metal weights are suitable for 40mm frames and have shipping dimensions of 8" x 8" x 2" (each). Our sand weights are suitable for all frames and have shipping dimensions of 4" x 4" x 11" (each). Please note that sand weights ship empty and sand is not included, they weigh approximately 1lb each when not filled.

The responsibility of Dynamic Gift Canada, is to repair or replace the missing or defective parts to the state each piece is intended to be upon purchase.
Under no circumstances will the retail customer, user, authorized representative or other person be entitled to any compensation due to direct, special, indirect, consequential or exemplary damages incurred from the loss of use due to product damage or other defect in any product purchased from Dynamic Gift Canada. Under no circumstances will any person be entitled to a sum greater than the purchase price of the malfunctioning part(s).
All other warranties expressed or implied by any party other than Dynamic Gift Canada, including warranties of merchantability or suitability for a particular purpose are null and void.
Please contact Dynamic Gift Canada for specific shipping instructions before returning any part(s). All shipping costs must be pre-paid. Dynamic Gift Canada will not be held responsible for any damages incurred to products in transit.
These warranties are void if:
- Product is used other than normal use and maintenance conditions
- The product is modified or altered in any way
- Product is subject to abuse or neglect
- Product damage is accidental, deliberate, or caused by rain, wind or other forces of nature
- Product use does not follow the product instructions
- Wind ratings assume proper securing of tents, including the use of ropes/pegs or sand bags
