Pricing

Throughout our site you may have noticed that we display a price range rather than a fixed price. There are two reasons for this: The first is because we are a direct manufacturer of many promotional items, which is great because we are able to offer you Canada's BEST prices on thousands of products, but it also means that our pricing can fluctuate with manufacturing and raw material costs. The second reason is based on the quantity of your order, the more of an item you buy from us — the better the price we can offer you! Some exceptions apply, such as items from our Last Chance section. Simply contact us if you aren't sure, we are always happy to help!

How to Order

We provide written quotes to inquiries via email. From there you can simply reply with your requirements and our design team will create mock-ups of your item(s), once you approve the artwork and pay your invoice we schedule your order for production. We do not use checkout ordering methods as our prices vary based on manufacturing prices, print and setup costs, as well as optional upgrades and design features. Shipping & Delivery

We charge shipping and handling for our delivery services. Shipping is charged at the same cost provided by the courier and we do not add markup. Delivery companies in use by Dynamic Gift Canada include but are not limited to: UPS, FedEx, Purolator, Canpar and DHL.

We welcome you to put our rush services to the test. We have provisions in place to deliver "in stock" items within 48 hours of order placement. Please contact us before ordering to confirm stock levels.
Standard delivery times within Canada are usually 5-7 business days.

Returns & Replacements

We are committed to providing exceptional service and quality products. We endeavour to ensure that all products listed on our website are available. Clearance goods are an exception and may be discontinued at any time, without notice. Rush delivery service is available at an additional cost on most products. In the event that an ordered item is no longer available, or we are unable to fulfill your order then we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, schedule a back-order where applicable, or issue a refund.

Please choose your promotional items carefully. Production commences as soon as we receive payment and written approval. Beyond this point we do not provide refunds if you simply change your mind or have made mistakes during the order process. We will gladly remake goods that have been manufactured incorrectly.

Artwork Services

We offer a FREE artwork service that includes a digital preview of your item(s)! We also have access to logo vectoring and full creative graphic design through our art team. There may be additional costs for these services, so please contact us with details about your project and to confirm eligibility. Dynamic Gift Canada assumes that clients have obtained allowances or permissions to reproduce any trademarked/copywritten logos, likenesses and taglines. Dynamic Gift Canada will take no responsibility for any copyright disputes. All items produced by Dynamic Gift Canada could or can be used in our advertising/marketing campaigns, unless we receive specific instructions not to, in writing, before confirmation of the order. Any and all trademarked items used in Dynamic Gift Canada's campaigns are for marketing purposes only; they do not belong to us, and are not for resale or available for reproduction by other clients. All moulds produced by Dynamic Gift Canada remain the property of Dynamic Gift Canada and cannot be shipped out of the factories. Pricing includes only the creation of the mould and not the proprietary rights to it.
